- Resident: progressive monthly brackets: 0% up to 1,500,000; 5% 1,500,001–2,000,000; 10% 2,000,001–8,500,000; 15% 8,500,001–12,500,000; 20% over 12,500,000.
- Resident deduction: 150,000 KHR per dependent spouse/child per month.
- Non-resident: flat 20% on total gross salary, no dependent deductions.
- Fringe benefits: separate flat 20% (both statuses).
- Currency: tax must be filed in KHR; if paid in USD, convert using the official rate.
