Terms of Use
By using Flux, you agree to use the service lawfully, protect your account, and review the records and exports produced for your business. These operating terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a broad commercial launch.
Free access
Flux core business tools are free to use. No payment card is required. Flux currently has no subscription, checkout, paid upgrade, automatic billing, or refund process because no payment is collected. Flux may change its access policy only with clear advance notice.
Account and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the security of your account, and ensuring that invited team members have appropriate access. Do not share passwords, verification codes, Clerk sessions, or private exports. Workspace owners are responsible for managing membership and removing people who no longer need access.
Records, calculations, and exports
Payroll, tax, finance, invoice, HR, and analytics outputs are planning and record-keeping helpers. They are not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, employment, or financial advice. Review calculations and confirm local requirements with qualified professionals before relying on them. Flux does not represent that an export is government-certified, legally valid, or compliant for every jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You must not use Flux to break the law, attack the service, test cross-workspace access against genuine users, upload malicious content, submit payment credentials, harvest personal data, or attempt to bypass authentication or role permissions. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
Flux is provided as a developing service. Features, limits, storage providers, and integrations may change. We will try to communicate material changes, but no uninterrupted availability or error-free operation is promised. See Service Limitations.
Closing an account
You may stop using Flux, delete saved records where controls are available, or request account closure and deletion through support. We will explain the scope and any short backup-retention window before processing a deletion request.
